With 37 parking spaces, there is plenty of opportunity for the capacity of the commercial units. Landscaping adorns the perimeter of the parking lot and pedestrian walkways that lead up to and around the building, providing shade and a tropical feel to the shopping plaza. The entire development was designed with accessibility in mind, and the public bus stop on the North end of the property was proposed with enhancements that make it more comfortable for users.
