Cedar Siding Residence

This single-story facade renovation was done in an effort to improve this highly visible property in the North Miami Beach area. A newly paved driveway draws the visitor into the entrance of the home through a concrete portal surrounded by native landscaping that thrives in the tropical ecosystem. Cedarwood architectural elements along the front facade accentuate the bright white exterior and blend in with the landscaping to create a tailored, upscale elegance to this once simple facade. The overall symmetry of the home was emphasized using the geometry of the entrance archway along with the U-shaped driveway, which doubled the property's parking capacity.
