Armitage Place

This Mediterranean-style development is a four-story structure designed around a central courtyard & pool. The 10 townhome units that makeup Armitage Place are each double-story, there are five units on floors 1 & 2 and another five units on floors 3 & 4. The condo units on the upper level have private rooftop terraces for outdoor enjoyment. The architectural highlight of the building is the dramatic pedestrian bridge that spans the courtyard and includes a beautifully maintained overhead trellis. This central communal space for resident use was the genesis from which the rest of the building scheme was developed, and seeks to provide a space for shared leisure in the heart of South Beach.
