Tyler Haus

Our firm was tasked with restoring and renovating the Tyler Haus, originally built in 1950. This stucco-exterior multi-use building was designed to accommodate 14 apartment units as well as ground-level retail spaces. The historic renovation was done so to preserve and accentuate the art-deco style detailing of the original architecture, bringing Miami Beach style to the downtown Hollywood area.
