STT Building

After undergoing some initial changes in project management, SKLARchitecture was given the opportunity to contribute to the redesign and interior build-outs of this eight-story, 56,000 square foot building in 2006. Located in the beautiful Eastern Shores neighborhood, this project is conveniently located between Biscayne Blvd and Collins Avenue on 163rd street. The tenant offices and public-use spaces offer gorgeous views out and over nearby Maule Lake, Oleta River State Park, Dumbfounding Bay, and Biscayne Bay. 

The interior design of this mixed-use retail and office building was equally important to the exterior remodel as the spaces needed to facilitate mixed-use and changing programs. Our design firm was responsible for the interior design of the public-use areas of the building, as well as many individual tenant build-outs for many incoming clients which include the Starwood Latin America Division.
