Pet Poodle Resort & Spa

Pet Poodle near Aventura is a resort and spa for dogs and cats in particular with an open environment program. The playful elliptical elements on the sculpted facade not only emphasizes the same spirited energy that this facility provides, but is inspired by dog and cat features. The extended playscape outdoors provides an open area for the animals to roam freely and in luxury. The project challenge was to design a 5,500 SF mixed-use building on an irregularly shaped lot while incorporating the required setbacks, yard space, landscape, parking, and colonnade.
