Lake Santa Barbara Home

This project involved the renovation and restoration of an existing home on a stunning waterfront lot in Pompano Beach, Florida. Located on a cul-de-sac and overlooking Lake Santa Barbara, our design priorities were to maximize lakefront views throughout the residence & to better situate the home in its lush surroundings. Materiality is emphasized throughout the home, allowing it to more seamlessly blend in with the natural environment of the site. Wood paneling is found both within and around the exterior facades of the home, and landscaping adorns the unique lot with a playful style. The transformation of this home incorporated the addition of many balconies, allowing the residents to more comfortably spend time enjoying time outside while enjoying views of Lake Santa Barbara.
