This elegant four-story building, located minutes away from the Aventura Mall, was designed as mixed-use to house retail, apartments, and office spaces that feature a clean and contemporary look. The building is elevated to create space for parking within the narrow site. In addition, a parking lift system was incorporated to allow for greater parking capacity. Also, on the ground floor is a wide and narrow lobby imitating the overall parti of the building and featuring a nestled fast-casual restaurant option for public use. The second floor of the building is the primary office level and the floors above are a combination of office suites and residential apartments with private balconies. The fourth and fifth floors are two-story apartments with a loft on the second level. A roof deck is located on the fifth floor and is open to the sky.
