South Beach

1610 Euclid

The main challenge in this project was to preserve two existing buildings fronting the property, one which has historic value while maximizing the occupancy of the property. The goal was to design and construct the renovation without interfering with the existing architectural language of the historic main building.

This development has been given a special look with a warm and unique atmosphere. It consists of 22 condominium units in the real heart of Miami Beach. By unifying the color and proportion of all three buildings in the site, the historic language of the main building was preserved and remains the main focal point of the front approach to the property. The facade of the building, although redesigned, still maintained its streamlined Art Deco style. A courtyard at the rear of the property serves as the heart of the social interaction of the residences in a private atmosphere away from the busy street.
