Geometric Spec House

This project was a single-story spec home in Surfside, Miami Beach designed for a builder to sell in the late 1990s. One of the first smaller-scale modern spec houses in Miami, this home brought cutting edge design to the beachfront neighborhood. Playful geometries are found throughout the design of the home, from the front facade to the circular and fin-shaped windows.
